His unique gift lies in connecting deeply with individuals, helping them unearth their authentic motivations for change, and thus, becoming the catalyst for lasting lifestyle improvements. Todd's profound influence on others finds its origins in his own personal journey — a transformation that carried him from self-hatred and despair to faith and recovery. Transitioning from a belief of being broken to a profound understanding of his state as "Recovered," Todd draws on his personal journey through addiction. He forges authentic connections with thousands of teenagers, young adults, and parents, instilling hope within them. Todd's story has been widely shared, with a popular YouTube clip that received millions of views and has been translated into three languages. He has conducted over 1,500 speaking engagements and over 18,000 individual coaching sessions. Todd is also the author of the #1 National Best-Selling book, "I Am Recovered," available on Amazon. Ganel-Lyn Condie's "The Stewardship Principle," and Rick Heyland's "Learning How to Make it Rain." Todd was selected as one of the 2024 Freedom Award Honorees. He joins an impressive list of previous honorees who have made unique contributions to defending and promoting traditional American values of God, family, freedom, and country. Todd’s loss of freedom did not come on a battlefield of war but through the destructive and relentless chains of addiction and self-hate. A last-minute series of events, fueled by a desperate reach for hope from a Higher Source, finally unlocked his prison. His passion is now to help others escape and regain their freedom.
