Who We Are
Mindless Labs exists to help people become and stay mentally healthy. We publish useful ideas from the worlds of wellness, philosophy, psychology, and spirituality. We feature content from therapists, artists, holistic healers, life coaches, spiritual leaders, and our own musings. We also provide opportunities for people to get involved and help.
Mindless is not about merely surviving mental health challenges. It’s about awakening to the endless joy within all of us. It's our quest to uncover that joy and start to mind, less.

Our Founders

My name is Chris. I’m the CEO and Co-Founder of Mindless Labs.
The idea for Mindless Labs was born out of my own experience. From 2017 to 2020, I had severe anxiety and bouts of mania. I had never dealt with either of those things before. There were many days that I didn’t think I would survive, and frankly, there were days that didn’t seem like the worst option.
The good news is that I found help. I had a lot of support from my wife, family, and great friends. I found a terrific therapist who helped me heal, and I found some helpful books that taught me to look at life differently. I eventually healed, and I am now grateful for my journey because it connected me to a part of myself that is capable of much more than I previously believed.
During my recovery, I found three things:
1. Anxiety and depression are much more pervasive than I realized.
2. The mental health system is very overwhelmed.
3. Many people want to help but don’t know how.
Caitlin and I launched Mindless to try to tackle these three problems. We are trying to bring healing to the mainstream by inspiring change and providing resources and support. We are also providing people with simple ways to get involved and help.
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, one in five American adults suffers from anxiety disorder. We believe that if we build something for that one person, the other four will show up to help. That has been the case thus far. I have been completely overwhelmed by the amount of support and help we have received. I have seen first-hand how much people care about those who are suffering. If that happens to be you, please hang in there. We are all coming for you.

First, let me thank you for being here—in all the ways. Your courage to take this step toward your own healing and trusting us, Mindless Labs, to walk beside you on this journey is admirable. We are honored.
Building this company is not just a professional endeavor for me; it is a personal mission. I have seen how traditional mental health support systems often fall short—long wait times for appointments, the stigma associated with seeking help, the high costs, and the lack of personalized care.
These gaps in the system have driven us to create a solution that is accessible, empathetic, and effective. Our goal is to leverage technology to bridge these gaps and provide support that is always available, tailored to individual needs, and grounded in compassion. We aim to create a platform where people can find solace, understanding, and practical tools to manage their mental health. By integrating advanced technology with a human touch, we strive to offer a lifeline to those navigating the challenging waters of anxiety and depression.
We are shaped by our experiences, for better or worse. Where we turn for support and how we move forward are decisions that can change our lives. I recall my darkest hours, hopelessly grasping for support—to feel seen, important, and loved, not just another body crammed into a seat on the struggle bus. I desperately wanted someone to reach into the faceless crowd, grab my hand, know the heaviness of my soul, and show me the way through.
Chris and I have different stories that have shaped our perceptions, but our goals are aligned. We are pouring ourselves into this mission to provide resources, support, and inspiration to those seeking help. We see you, we love you, and we are extending our hands for you to grasp onto. You are not alone.
We envision a world where well-being and well-meaning are the cornerstone of a thriving humanity. Thank you for showing up for yourself, for us, and for the millions of people suffering from anxiety and depression.
The world needs you.
Love you, Caitlin
