new beginnings-

they come from our ability to reflect and release – grab your journal!

with the high level of awareness you gain over time from doing your work, combined with genuine, deep reflection, you will eventually gain the confidence to release and let go of what no longer serves you—and what has ultimately prevented you from following through with a NEW BEGINNING.

it’s one thing to start fresh, and another to follow through.

you cannot—and will not—follow through without the lessons you’ll gain from deep reflection.

as you learn different parts of yourself, you gain wisdom that allows you to move forward with more clarity and actually create change! transformation. and leveling up in life. you’ll have the information you need to do better!

i always say: now that you know better, do better.

reflection questions to sit with and record your answers in your journal as you go:

• what was the most challenging part of this year? what did i learn from it?

• what was my biggest relationship accomplishment, and my biggest relationship lesson learned?

• what was the best way i used my time this year? what was the biggest time-waster?

• how is my relationship with:

  • my physical health?
  • my mental health?
  • my emotional health?
  • my spiritual health?

• on a scale of 1-10, how would i rate my current level of:

  • self-awareness?
  • emotional maturity?
  • happiness?
  • self-love?

• did i meet my goals for 2024? did i make any?! 🫣 what’s standing in my way?

are my actions aligning with the goals i have for 2025?

• what parts of myself (e.g., anxious, depressed, joyful, traumatized, worthy, lonely, loved, angry, etc.) did i get to know most this year?

  • where did they come from?
  • what lessons did i integrate because of them?
  • what have i released due to learning these parts of myself?

• complete your journaling sesh by wrapping up 2024 in three words. what are they?

this will be a fun one to come back & reflect on.

keep doin’ your work! sit with the loads of gratitude for all you’ve learned along the way, and cheers to new beginnings.
