Start With Your Breath

Your breath is the bridge.

Here are two simple practices to begin with:

1. Box Breathing (for calm and clarity)

  • Inhale for 4 counts

  • Hold for 4 counts

  • Exhale for 4 counts

  • Hold for 4 counts
    Repeat for 1–3 minutes.
    Use it to reset before meetings, quiet anxiety, or center yourself anytime.

2. Heart Breath (for emotional connection)

  • Place your hand over your heart.

  • Inhale slowly through your nose.

  • Exhale softly through your mouth like you’re fogging a mirror.

  • Visualize your breath moving in and out of your heart space.
    Repeat for 3–5 minutes.
    Use it when you feel grief, numbness, or disconnection.

Journal Prompts to Guide You Deeper
