The purpose of The Lab is to provide resources, inspiration, and support to people along their mental wellness journey. At Mindless Labs, we are bullish on the human ability to heal. We think anxiety and depression are often messengers. They ask us to look within ourselves and realign our perceptions and convictions. The Lab has many resources on how to listen to those messages and how to respond.
No two people’s journeys are exactly the same. Therefore, we provide all types of media as well as instruction and information from a variety of sources. There are posts that cater to the clinical side of psychology and posts that are more holistic. There are contributions from authors that are spiritual in nature and some that are philosophical.
The Lab is divided into four categories: artwork, musings, education, and practices. Practices are tangible instructions that anyone could do right now to help improve their inner wellness. The other categories are educational and inspirational.

Much of our content comes from mental health professionals, but we also have contributions from people who have experienced their own mental health issues and healing. We welcome new contributors and can be reached at info@mindless.org if you are interested in contributing.
