there’s a moment, somewhere along the path, where we forget.
we forget who we are, what matters, and why we’re here.
we start performing instead of living. shrinking instead of expanding. chasing instead of trusting. and in that forgetting, we disconnect — from our body, our breath, our truth, our voice, our power.
but this forgetting isn’t a failure. it’s a sacred part of the “spiral”.
it’s the soul’s way of showing us how deeply we long to come home.
…and so begins the journey of remembering.
not remembering in the cognitive sense—facts, data, or timelines.
but remembering as a sacred return. a re-membering of the parts of us we exiled, abandoned, or silenced in order to be loved, accepted, or safe.
remembering is unlearning the lies we were told (and the ones we told ourselves).
it’s peeling back the layers of conditioning that said “you’re too much,” “not enough,” “stay small,” “play nice,” “be good,” “don’t take up space.”
it’s waking up to the truth that your worth was never on trial.
that healing was never about becoming someone new—
it was about becoming you, again.
remembering sounds like…
- “wait… this version of me isn’t the full story.”
- “i am allowed to slow down.”
- “this doesn’t feel like me anymore.”
- “i don’t need to prove anything to be worthy.”
- “my body is speaking—i think i’m ready to listen.”
- “maybe softness is strength.”
- “i can choose myself.”
- “there’s more to life than survival.”
- “what if I trusted myself this time?”
remembering feels like…
- a quiet exhale after holding your breath for far too long.
- soft tears with no story attached.
- walking barefoot on the earth and suddenly feeling held.
- the peace that follows a hard truth spoken out loud.
- the hum of your intuition getting louder.
- goosebumps when your soul whispers yes.
- forgiving yourself without needing to justify why.
- being with your body instead of trying to escape it.
- feeling safe enough to feel.
- a subtle sensation moving through your body, confirming truth..
remembering is a sacred rebellion against the forces that taught you to forget.
it’s how we reclaim our clarity, our wholeness, our sovereignty.
it’s not always gentle. sometimes it looks like rage, grief, boundaries, or the choice to walk away.
but every step is holy. every “no more” is sacred. every crack is where your light gets to pour through.
this path back to self isn’t linear, but it’s real. and it’s waiting for you.
remembering is coming home —
to your true essence, your innate worth, your raw beauty, your unapologetic power, your authentic voice, your sacred divinity, your soul’s blueprint.
you are not lost.
you are on the way back to you.
