Come, my soul, the night is fading,
Leave the noise of the world behind…

Close your eyes, surrender,
And let the breath guide you—
Deeper, deeper still…

You have wandered in the land of thoughts,
Where the mind races like wild horses…

But now, the heart calls you inward,
Where silence sings louder than words…

Breathe in, my friend,
Breathe the love of the Beloved,
And exhale all that you’ve carried,
The weight that no longer serves you…

Do you feel the pull of the ocean,
That inner sea of peace?

Dive into its depths,
For it is in the quiet waters
That you’ll meet yourself again…

What you seek is not outside,
It never was…

Turn inward,
There lies the garden of your spirit,
Blooming in the soft light of your breath…

Leave the waking world of noise,
Step into the stillness,
Where the alpha waves kiss your brow
And the mystery of theta cradles your heart….

In this space,
You are not separate from the stars…

You are the moonlight,
You are the sky,
You are the breath between breaths…

So come, my love,
Rest here,
In the palace of your own soul…

For within, the Beloved waits,
And all the answers you’ve ever longed for
Have always lived in your heart…
